Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. There are three different user types for YourKidsHomework.Com: Parents & Students, Teachers, & Administrators.

PARENTS & STUDENTS: We require "logins" to use our site. We do not share, sell or trade any personal information. We also offer an email service to notify parents when their children's assignments and classroom information is updated. This is voluntary only and not required to use the site. This privacy statement discloses what information we may gather passively, how we use it, and how to correct or change it.

1. Information Gathered Passively: Schools and teacher names which are selected & Date and time of last log in

2. Use of Cookies: Your Kids Homework stores user login information in the form of cookies. Users with cookies turned off will have to use select each state, school system, school and teacher each time they visit the site.

TEACHERS:

1. Use of Gathered Information: It is sometimes necessary for Your Kids Homework to issue an email to users (teachers, administrators) regarding important account information or server status. This is rarely necessary. These emails are not considered SPAM.

2. Sharing of Gathered Information: Your Kids Homework does not share any information with 3rd party sources. We do not sell, trade, or share email addresses or personal information. All information gathered at the time of registration or teacher or school system sign-up and subsequent changes to this data is kept in the strict confidence of Your Kids Homework and is only used for qualitative and quantitative analysis.

3. Update/Correct Policy: Any changes to teacher or school information may be directed to specified school system YKH director (usually technology director) or to info@yourkidshomework.com. Any changes for parents and students may be made by logging into their information area and making changes there. Password retrieval is available there also.

4. Who can sign up? Any teacher who wishes to use YKH, may sign up for and use the site at no charge or obligation as well as any parent or guardian of school age children in that specific school or school system.
